Mr. Schroeder’s 9 Commandments Geometry
1. When entering the room, you are expected to sit in your assigned seat.
2. Make sure to complete the “Check for Understandings”. Students are expected to complete these because it lets me know where you are at, and lets me know what you need help with.
3. .Deadlines must be met in a timely fashion. If you do not meet deadlines, It will be extremely difficult to keep up with the amount of learning in the class
4. You are expected to have proper materials in class. ESPECIALLY earbuds/headphones. Students who forget earbuds/headphones will receive:
5. Students should be working on geometry ONLY. Checking emails, completing outside work, and using any not related websites is not allowed
6. As always, commit to exhibiting the Carmen values of Respect, Responsibility and Trust.
7. Come into to class willing to learn new things with an open mindset. Words like “can’t” and “hard” are not allowed. Instead use words/phrases such as: “I am not able to do this yet” or “This problem is really challenging.”
8. Believe in yourself, and know that I believe in you.
9. Be proactive and ASK FOR HELP! You are not alone!

- 2 demerits for the second offense
- 3 demerits for the third offense
- Automatic detention for subsequent offenses
